my experience 

I have over 18 years experience of counselling, art therapy and play therapy, with clients of all ages. I have been in private practice since July 2004 and work with children, adults and groups. 

I have trained counsellors on various courses for over ten years.

I am a clinical governor at HBBS Counselling. 

 I am an Essex Police approved counsellor and receive referrals from them.

My experience includes over 5 years of therapy and counselling children schools; Treetops School, Grays, Essex; Holly Trees Primary, Brentwood;  and Stifford Primary, Grays.

I worked as a counsellor at Havering and Brentwood Bereavement Service, and Havering YMCA.

I have worked as a foster carer for 6 years, fostering a number of children with emotional behavioural difficulties with ages ranging from six to thirteen

I have over 200 hours of experience with therapeutic groups; at Addaction in East London I ran an art therapy group with offenders for 4 years within a tiered drug and alcohol programme.

I also ran a group with mothers in a residential offenders unit and another with excluded teenagers.

I have worked as a counsellor with Essex Probation Service in Basildon.

I have over 4000 hours of clinical counselling practice

I offer clinical supervision to therapists and associated professionals.
